MILENA PALAZZO

Accountant and tax advisor registered with the Association of Chartered Accountants (Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti) and the Register of Auditors (Registro dei Revisori Contabili).

 

After taking the degree in Economics at Bocconi University of Milan, in 1995 she joined Studio Giacalone and developed experience in tax, accounting and corporate consulting. She assists both Italian clients and Italian companies controlled by international groups, mainly Spanish enterprises.

Milena has over 23 years’ experience in advising Italian, Spanish and large multinationals, on a wide range of tax matters. She focuses on corporate matters, reporting procedures, due diligence analysis, VAT matters. She also has an extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and reorganisations. She has experience acting as Statutory Board member for various companies.
